RAK Home Services is a small family-run business based on the Costa Blanca, specializing in property care, housekeeping, and holiday home management.

Our goal is to give property owners peace of mind when they are not in Spain. Whether it is regular property inspections, cleaning services, keyholding, preparing the property before arrival, small repairs, or emergency pet care – we look after every property as if it were our own.

With our experience in property maintenance, renovations, home care, and animal care, we provide reliable and flexible support for apartments, houses, holiday homes, and fincas throughout the Costa Blanca region.
