Basic
PROPERTY SERVICE BASIC
Regular care and supervision of your property while you are away.
Includes:
• Property inspection every 14 days
• Airing of rooms & Plant care
• Checks for water leaks, dampness, or mould
• Mailbox inspection
• Pool check (inspection only, no maintenance)
• Keyholding service
• Photos and updates via WhatsApp upon request
• Storm control
Prices:
Apartments: 110 € per month
Houses: 160 € per month
Package order acceptance by prior arrangement included.
Additional Services
• One-time cleaning before arrival or after departure: from 70 € per cleaning
• Window cleaning from 20 €
• Garden maintenance from 20 €
• An additional charge of €25 applies in cases of exceptionally heavy soiling.
Property Managment
Premium
PROPERTY SERVICE PREMIUM
Our complete worry-free package for owners of holiday homes and second residences.
Includes all services from the Basic Package, plus:
• Property inspection every week
• Preparation of the property before arrival
• End-of-stay cleaning after departure
( two times a month )
• Laundry service
• Light cleaning during property inspections
Prices:
Apartments: from 250 € per month
Houses: from 300 € per month
Package order acceptance by prior arrangement included.
*Prices are based on standard arrival and departure cleaning services ( up to two times per month).
For more frequent arrivals or additional cleaning requirements, a customised quotation will be provided.

Holiday Home Service
Without a Contract
If you do not require a Contract and are only looking for a cleaning service, guest check-in, or a one-time property service, all of our services can also be booked individually without a contract.

EMERGENCY PET CARE
Short-term pet care during your absence or in emergency situations.
Do you need to travel unexpectedly or require short-notice assistance with the care of your animals?
Whether you have cats, dogs, small pets, or horses, we provide reliable and flexible care directly at your property.
Thanks to our experience with both small and large animals, we can often step in at short notice when no other care is available.
Prices:
Small Pets
• €25 per day
• One daily visit including feeding, fresh water, and general care
Large Animals
• From €30 per day
• Price depends on the number of animals and the level of care required

PROPERTY VIEWING SERVICE
Interested in a property in Spain but do not want to travel for every viewing?
We can visit the property on your behalf and provide detailed photos and videos, allowing you to get a realistic impression of its actual condition before making the trip.
Our goal is to save you unnecessary travel expenses and provide an honest assessment of the property. This means you only need to travel to Spain when a property genuinely meets your expectations.
Thanks to our experience in property maintenance, construction, and renovations, we are often able to identify potential issues and provide an indication of any work or investment that may be required.
In addition, we have contacts with experienced real estate agents and can connect you with trusted professionals if you decide to proceed with a purchase.
